Select your campaign type
Selleasy supports 17 different types of campaigns that you can choose from.
- You can choose one or more campaign types that would best suit your use case and store.
- Once you decide the campaign type that you would like to try, you can create a campaign.
Create a campaign
A campaign setup involves 3 things:
1) Selecting the trigger products
The primary product that activates an offer or add-on products. It can be a single product or multiple products.
For example, on the sneaker product page, if you want to show matching socks as offer products, the sneakers will be the trigger product.
2) Selecting the offer products
Products associated with a trigger product. Selecting an offer product is optional for customers. Some campaigns rely only on trigger products, while others feature standalone offers.
For example, on the sneaker product page, if you want to show matching socks as offer products, the socks will be the offer product.
3) Optional: Setting up discount
In case you want to reward the customer when they buy both sneaker and socks, you can setup a discount for the same. The discount can be whole or partial
Test in store
When you create a campaign for the first time, Selleasy will guide you through testing it in your store.
- An alert message in the offer dashboard will prompt you to enable the Selleasy app embed and add app blocks in your theme editor.
- Once completed, you’ll be directed to the trigger product page to test the campaign.
- Here, you can verify if the setup appears as expected.
Customize and troubleshoot
Each online store is different with different needs. What suits for one store may not suit the other.
The Selleasy app can be used to make the most commonly used customizations for positioning and styling.
But sometimes, the theme styling can conflict. To make any other changes apart from the standard options, you can always use the custom CSS.
There are chances that a third party app may also cause this conflict.
