How to troubleshoot Shop The Collection (Grid) campaign?

Problem 1: Widget is not seen in the product page

Solution 1:

Check for the following

  1. All the “offer products” are active in your online store.
  1. All the “offer products” are in stock.
  1. The Selleasy app is enabled in your theme.
  1. The “STC grid” app block is added in your theme. (2.0 theme)
  1. For themes other than 2.0, custom positioning has to be done.

Problem 2: Discount is not applied to STC grid products

Solution 2:

Check for the following

  1. If the order has any other discounts from Shopify or a third party app.
  1. If any other discounts are seen, make sure the discount combination is active in Selleasy and Shopify/ third party apps.

If it is still not working, there might be theme or app conflicts. Contact our support team for free setup assistance.


Problem 3: Redirect to cart drawer instead of cart page when STC grid campaign is added

Solution 3:

Follow the below steps

  1. Navigate to “customize” under the app section
  1. From the “STC grid” widget, click on “Edit widget
  1. Scroll down to the “Other settings” section
  1. And from the drop down of “Action after offer is added”, choose “Stay on the same page”
  1. Save this and refresh your screen.
  1. You must be able to redirect to the cart drawer instead of the cart page.

Problem 4: If you want to customize your widget appearance

Solution 4:

Follow the below steps

  1. Navigate to “customize” under the app section
  1. From the “STC grid” widget, click on “Edit widget
  1. From "Widget appearance” click on “Customize”
  1. Choose “Widget theming” and make the necessary changes.
  1. Save and exit.
