Problem 1: Widget is not seen in the product page
Solution :
There are many reasons your widget might not appear on the product page.
Check the following
1. Ensure the offer products are active and available in stock.
2. The Selleasy app embed is enabled in your theme editor. This can be done from your theme customizer.

3. The “STC list” app block is added in your theme. (2.0 theme)

4. If you are using an older theme that does not support app blocks, custom positioning has to be done.

Problem 2: Discount is not applied to STC (List) products
Solution :
Check the following
- If you have any other discount app installed, it might be conflicting. Unused apps can be uninstalled.
- In case you have multiple discounts that you are trying to apply, keep the discount combination active.

3. If it is still not working, there might be theme or app conflicts. Contact our support team for free setup assistance.
Problem 3: I want to redirect to cart drawer instead of cart page when the STC List offer is added
Solution :
This feature may not be available for all the themes. Try the following steps and if the issue still persists contact our support team.
- Navigate to “Customize” under the app admin
- From the “Shop the collection (List)” widget, click on “Edit widget”
- Scroll down to the “Other settings” section
- And from the drop down of “Action after offer is added”, choose “Stay on the same page”
- Save this and refresh the screen in your online store.
- You must be able to redirect to the cart drawer instead of the cart page.
- Once this is done, whenever the customer clicks on “Add”, the cart drawer opens with the product in it.
- In case this doesn’t work, you can contact the customer team and they will help you to do it.
- But, if you do not want the “Add” button and you are ready to just place a “View” button there, which will help your customers view the product in a different page and then add to cart from there, you can take a look at the next solution and follow the steps accordingly.

Problem 4: When I click on “add”, it did not refresh my cart or add the product to the cart drawer
Solution :
Once it is redirected to cart drawer, some themes may not be compatible with the “Add” button. When the customer clicks on it, the product might not get added to the cart. In such cases, you can use the “View” button, which will take the customer to the specific product page from which they can add the product to the cart.
Follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the “Customize” section of the app.
- Find “Shop the Collection (List)” and click on “Edit Widget”.
- Click on “Customize” under “Widget Appearance”.
- In Advanced Mode, under the Product dropdown, go to “Button Type”.
- From the dropdown, choose “View Button”.

6. Also navigate to the “Text and translations” and enter the text for the view button as “View”.

7. Save the settings and refresh your online store.
8. Now, the customer can click on the “View” button, which will take them directly to the specific product page, where they can add the product to the cart.

Problem 5: I want to customize the widget appearance and styling
Solution :
Follow the below steps
- Navigate to “customize” under the app section
- From the “Shop the collection (List)” widget, click on “Edit widget”
- From "Widget appearance” click on “Customize”
- Choose “Widget theming” or ”Text and translations” and make the necessary changes.
- You can check the basic mode and advanced mode for more settings.

6. Save and exit.
7. Navigate to your store to see the changes made.
