Problem 1: My widget is not seen in the thank you page or order status page
Solution :
There are many reasons your widget might not appear on the product page.
Check the following
1. Ensure the offer products are active and available in stock.
2. The Selleasy app embed is enabled in your theme editor. This can be done from your theme customizer.

3. The “TY/OS upsell” app block is added in your theme. (2.0 theme)

4. The widget will not be seen if the cart has only the offer products and does not have the trigger product.
5. Contact our support team for free setup assistance.
Problem 2: If the purchased product is again shown in the offer
Solution :
Follow the below steps.
- Navigate to the Selleasy app campaign section.
- Choose the campaign where the changes have to be made.
- Scroll down to “campaign settings”
- Check the box, “Don't show products if it's already in cart or order”
- Save the settings.

Problem 3: I do not want to charge shipping fee for orders created through the Thank You / Order Status page upsell.
Solution :
- Navigate to the Selleasy app campaign section.
- Choose the campaign where the changes have to be made.
- Scroll down to “campaign settings”.
- Check the box, “Do not charge shipping for this offer”.
- Save the settings.
