Image resolution
If you feel the image quality is poor or if you want to reduce the image quality, navigate to customize and click on “Edit” for the specific widget.
Then scroll down to “Other settings” and choose the required resolution from “ Image resolution” drop down.
App not showing after changing theme
- Navigate to “Online store”
- Click on themes and choose customize for the respective theme.
- Then click on app embed and activate the app.
- Save and exit
If you want to test the app in “Draft” theme
- Navigate to the “Online store”
- Click on themes and choose customize for the live theme.
- Then click on app embed and deactivate the app.
- Save and exit
- Now go back to the online store and click on themes.
- Scroll down and choose customize in your draft theme.
- Then click on app embed and activate the app.
- Save and exit.
If the widget does not translate to any other extra language in the store
- Navigate to the “campaign section”
- Choose the required campaign
- Scroll down and check if the required language is added in the multiple language section.
- Next, navigate to the “Customize” section and click on “Edit widget” from the respective campaign.
- Now, go to “Widget appearance” and click on customize.
- Next, click on text and translations and enter the respective translation for the widget.
- Now, save the settings and you should be able to see the widget translated in other languages.
